We Bee Well

We Bee Well is a heart chakra workshop. We'll open our hearts to healing together and learn ways to keep the flow of the heart chakra in a healthy balance. Through holistic practices like heart-opener yoga, somatic therapy, guided meditation, and sound bath frequencies; we'll discover the things holding us back from experiencing divine love. Together, we'll leave this experience knowing the love we each deserve and owning new ways of giving it to ourselves. 

This workshop includes:

• Heart-Opener Yoga Flow w/ Julianna Pierson
• Heart Healing Somatic Therapy w/ Charly Kinship
• Divine Light Heart Meditation & Sound Bath w/ Brianna Allen & Stacey Muhammed
• Empowerment Circle for open conversation and affirmation over our healing together

• Bolster or pillow for meditation
• Blanket
• Socks

Yoga mats, blankets, and all other materials needed for participation are provided. If you'd prefer to use specific equipment/sentiments outside of what we provide, please feel free to bring those items.
