Lynn Geddes-Wolling is a  Health and Wellness Consultant, Fitness Specialist, E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, YACEP, Yoga Therapist, Author, Orator and Ayurveda Practitioner. She has 30 plus years of training and teaching experience.  She will teach you how to transform your practice using the UPA’s and conscious energetic anatomy to create balance and freedom in the body.

These sessions will take your practice and understanding to a new level of proficiency. The UPA´S will refine your basic poses to help develop your skill and understanding of your physical, mental and energetic strengths. These sessions are designed for students who have a basic understanding of asana (postures). We will explore various types of asanas incorporating active focal points in each pose. Understanding how the focal points perform as energy vortexes, will help build and sustain poses that are refined and create balance, stability and freedom. Unlock your hidden potential to foster growth in your own creativity and deepen your roots for self-healing.
